done on the 13th Jan 2009, with one wash sample and two cut samples.

on the 26th Dec 2009 visited Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) respiratory unit to assign a appointment on next coming tuesday.

on the appointment day, blood sample, and few days phelgm were taken for testing, and phelgm cultural was developed for two months, and appointment for colonscope was schedule on the 2th Feb 2009.

next tuesday blood sample and phelgm does not indicate any infection, and the above bronchurescope was shedule on the 13th Jan 2009.

on the 12th Jan Dec, father was preward for check up, both blood, E.C.G all within accept range.

on the report received two weeks later on the wash sample, show that the pathologist confirm non small cell lung cancer on the 14th Jan 2009. and adenocarcinoma in the histology report received on the 24th Feb 2009.
